5. Returns & Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please check the policy before placing your order.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within the applicable return period with your order details and clear photos/videos.

7. Customised Orders
Please check all customisation details carefully before confirming your order. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

8. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by courier services, weather, holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

9. Product Care
Please follow the care instructions provided with the product. Damage caused by improper washing, overloading, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, address, phone number, PIN code, and other delivery details. Incorrect information may result in delivery delays or failed delivery.
