Please read the following policy before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for genuine issues such as:

Wrong product received

Damaged product received

Manufacturing defect

Product significantly different from what was ordered

2. Return Period

Please contact us within the return period mentioned on your product/order page. Requests received after the applicable period may not be accepted.

3. Product Condition

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with packaging and tags, where applicable.

4. Proof of Issue

For damaged, defective, or wrong products, please share clear photos/videos of the product and package. An unboxing video is recommended.

5. Customised Products

Customised or personalised products are generally not eligible for return unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly made/shipped.

6. Return & Refund Approval

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by our team. Please do not send any product back without receiving return instructions from us.

7. Refund

Once an approved return is received and verified, the eligible refund will be processed to the applicable payment method. Bank/payment gateway processing time may vary.

8. Non-Eligible Returns

Returns may not be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, misuse, washing, customer-caused damage, normal wear and tear, or products returned after the applicable return period.

9. Refused Deliveries

We request customers to accept their confirmed orders. Unnecessary refusal of delivery may result in additional shipping and return costs for us.
